Kleiner Hautschnitt und muskelschonendes Operieren erm\u00f6glichen bei letzteren kurze Hospitalisation. Sowohl Erst-, wie auch Revisionseingriffe werden m\u00f6glichst zementfrei durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drei Faktoren sind entscheidend:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implantationstechnik: wenn m\u00f6glich minimalinvasiv<\/li>\n<li>Implantate: Implantatdesign, Implantatoberfl\u00e4chenstruktur und Beschichtung sind entscheidend f\u00fcr feste Knocheneinheilung.<\/li>\n<li>Gelenksgleitpaarung: Modernste Kunststoffe und Keramiken minimieren den Abrieb, denn Abrieb kann zur Lockerung der Prothese f\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Digitale Operationsplanung in der Knieendopropthetik:\u00a0(SIGNATURE OXFORD und VANGUARD; My KNEE GMK)<\/p>\n<p>MRT oder CT erm\u00f6glichen eine dreidimensione Erfassung des gesamten Beins. So k\u00f6nnen alle f\u00fcr die Prothesenimplantation n\u00f6tigen Parameter genau erfasst und geplant werden.<br \/>\n\u00dcber sterile formschl\u00fcssige Kunststoffschablonen wird die Vorplanung w\u00e4hrend der Operation zur exakten Implantation umgesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Erstmals in \u00d6sterreich konnte ich auch Halbschlittenprothesen (OXFORD Fa.
