If insoles and shoe adjustments are no longer sufficient, there are still a number of orthopedic-surgical options.<\/p>\n<p><a href='#' class='small-button smallblue'><\/a><!--more--><br \/>Ein h\u00e4ufiges vor allem Frauen betreffendes Leiden ist die fehlgestellte Gro\u00dfzehe &#8222;Hallux valgus&#8220; genannt. Der dabei entstehende sogenannte \u201eFrostballen\u201c, ein vorspringendes erstes Mittelfu\u00dfk\u00f6pfchen,<\/p>\n<p>kann das Gehen und Tragen so mancher Schuhe schmerzhaft machen. Gegen dieses Leiden gibt es bereits standardisierte Operationsmethoden. Der erste Mittelfu\u00dfknochen muss wieder geradegestellt werden. Die Knochenheilung dauerst ca. 4-5 Wochen solange ist ein Entlastungsschuh zu tragen. Belohnt wird die M\u00fche aber durch eine wieder gerade stehende Zehe und ein Gehen ohne Schmerzen. \u00c4hnlich wird auch bei anderen Vorfu\u00dfbeschwerden, wie schmerzenden Hammerzehen und Spreizf\u00fc\u00dfen vorgegangen: Der deformierte Knochen wird in die korrekte Stellung gebracht. Moderne Titanimplantate, die nicht mehr entfernt werden m\u00fcssen, erm\u00f6glichen eine stabile, schonende chirurgische Korrektur.<br \/>New orthopedic-surgical methods allow pain relief not only on the forefoot, but also on the metatarsus. For damaged ankles, apart from orthopedic shoes, only joint stiffening remained the method of choice. The joint endoscopy now allows cartilage therapy, and functioning joint prostheses are now also available for the upper ankle.<br \/>The same applies to some forms of flat foot. In the early stages, a good functional improvement can be achieved through bone and soft tissue correction.
